I think one can educate & expertise them either topic of their interest or 
which they want free 


This way they actually get expertise on the path they want to travel and opp. 
will be best suited when it comes to them ..

When someone starts their career they would need financial security more
than anything else. Maybe once they are secure enough, having developed
enough conviction on their aspirations/need-of-society they might choose
it.

I won't ask others to put their career on what i deem as nation's problem.
Maybe if i am part of the solution might recommend to others. Also all they
might want is 9-5 job after all!
