I agree with AMS up to a point here.  As I see it, all that the men
here can do is make sure that the list (and the Group) aren't
``woman-unfriendly''.  Which means, as I see it, no blatant sexism, no
off-colour stuff, no male-only assumptions.  This is something that
can be actively pursued, and to an extent is already part of the group
and the list.

OTOH, this is not the same as being ``woman-friendly''.  Frankly I
wouldn't even know where to start defining ``woman-friendly'' without
resorting to stereotypes and, eventually, sexism.  However, I think I
speak for most of the members when I say that we're willing to learn
and change through both interaction and express requests for making
things more comfortable for women.
