What intrigued me was that there is a point of turning off ones machine
from time to time or perhaps when a monitor problem arises. It said that
degaussing works best upon a cold start of the machine...so if one is
having problems with their video pic they should try turning off their
machine, perhaps overnight and then see if the problem is solved. Of
course it is a hardware problem, this won't do any good, but it could
eliminate one possibility.
