Hi Anonymous Prime, Macers:
I've got a USB "Sony Spressa CRX100E/X" that has worked flawlessly
with "Retrospect" and "Toast" using both CD-Rs and CD-RWs. As a
matter of fact I've got one CD-RW that I've been using over and over
since September '99 when I got the drive. I've only burnt data onto
CDs so I don't have any first hand experience with MP3s on burnt CDs,
but my father-in-law has had similar experiences when using CD-RWs
with his boom box.
Even at 18 cents a disc I'd still have a problem throwing them away,
especially since they would contain personal data. I guess I'm just
too frugel in this ever growing disposable society.
