Haven't experienced that in recent versions.

Most of the ones I encounter pop up behind the main window.  Of course, that
probably can vary from site to site.  Not a big deal in my experience.

Not with a cable connection.  Some sites actually load faster in IE -
instantly in some cases.  Again, it all depends on the site.  Some are
equally slow in both IE and Safari.  I've also experienced "your browser not
supported" in Safari.  Your mileage WILL vary.

Yes, they could make it easier to organize in IE.  It's hard to move a link
into a folder.  It should also automatically alphabetize them, instead of
adding new ones to the bottom of the list.
