If that is the case, then one might suspect that one of the following might be true: 1. There is a problem with Security Certificates 2. Cookies are disabled (or corrupted) 3. There is a failure with Javascript interpretation Your modem settings should make no difference as these govern your modem's connection with the modem of your ISP.
