Thanks for the reply. The page you sent me didn't seem to have any answers for me. I did go to the downloads page as suggested, but the only modem update i found was for OS X10.1.5, and I'm only on 10.1. I could download it right now, but it has to go through my PC first before it reaches my iMac, so that's a complication. Brian
