I don't really understand this question. The coax cables comes into your house and is split by a splitter. One lines goes to your cable controller box, the other goes up to the 3rd floor and attached to your cable modem. From the cable modem, a short bit of Ethernet cord connects to your Airport base station or the computer that will serve as a Software Base Station. From that point, other wireless devices can pick up the Net in your home.



I think he meant if there is a wireless cable modem available!

Connect a wireless router/gateway to the cable modem for wireless installation.
