Sorry if this is too basic...but I do tech help for a non-computer product and you'd be surprised how often it comes up...Is it getting power - is the green light on? Second - on my older Mac (6220) I have to turn the peripherals on FIRST or it doesn't see some of them - like the monitor! Do you have the Zip Tools Disk? I don't have the zip installed anymore - but do remember a lot of info on it - most of which I never needed.
