Hi, I am hoping somebody may have suggestions regarding this problem. I am running OS 10.2.6 on my 500 mhz slot loading iMac.
I am having recurrent problems with the icons freezing in my dock. They will enlarge and start to bounce but then freeze. Sometimes the icon will finally resume bouncing and the application, other times everything freezes and will not respond so I have to restart. This happens for several applications - not just one. So, I have tried everything I can think of to resolve this problem and have talked to Applecare about it and gone through all of their suggestions too. I recently got a copy of Diskwarrior 3 and have run that 3 or 4 times in the past week to no avail. I have even done an archive and install. Still no luck. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
