Charles, you itemized the reasons for a Mac over a PC beautifully! I still
remember trying to work on a PC at a highly demanding job. Inevitably, I
took anything that had to be done quickly back home, did it on my Mac, then
took it back to work, while the techs at work were salvaging the PC.

I should add here that my son, who speaks both fluent Mac and PC, has told
me several times that if it weren't for his basic learning in the Mac world,
explaining things for the PC users would be far harder and more complicated
for him.

Yes, Dana, I struggle at times, but that's why I dearly LOVE this list--help
is available when needed! Also, when I do get a new program, if I need to be
using it soon, I'm far more likely to be able to do so productively on a
Mac--even an old one--than on a PC. The learning curve is just that much
easier.

Hope this helps!
Kris
