Well they are better. :-) Seriously IMHO they're much easier to use then 
other computers, they're even more easier to maintain, they do crash a lot 
less and they look good aswell. :-)
I've been using Macs for over ten years now and I have several Macs myself 
and although I maintain and built PCs aswell I still prefer the Mac.
And besides the Mac itself being OK there's also a nice Mac community where 
one is willing to help one another just because they all share the same 
passion: the Mac!
