It will print. The problem is that the pictures are streaking so I need to run the printer utility to check for clogged nozzles, etc. I've deleted & re-added & it does indeed live in the printer folder. The only problem is that the utilities button is grayed out and I am unable to run the necessary utilities to check / fix the functions of the printer. Since you've been able to print, can you access the functions I mentioned?
Can you boot up into OS 9 and run the utility from there? If not, connect the 740 to a Mac or to a PC and run the utility from that computer.
