Re: erasing/formatting cd-rw's

When I go to File, after selecting the CD-RW on the desktop, I do not 
get the "Disc Copy" choice.

Someone else mentioned "toast" but I would be astounded if Apple had 
failed to provide easy formatting for cd-rw discs.

So, I still need some help.
