I lost my original system CD for my iMac so a friend burned a
copy of his for me, but it appears that he didn't ensure that the
copy became bootable when he burned it.

No problem I thought, I'll just reburn it again and tick bootable.

However, when I tick "Bootable" using the Mac Volume format
the CD still wasn't bootable, and after further investigation I
realised that the tick in the box has disappeared if I go back
into "Select".

How can I get this System 9.1 CD-ROM bootable, i.e. the copy...
