My iMac, G3, 400 with 512 Megs and 60,000 Gigs is throwing up type 3 errors at me daily when I'm using OS 9.2.6. I can get it going again with a restart, but I can't understand why I'm suddenly getting blitzed with these type 3 (memory) errors when I have memory to burn on this machine.
I don't do graphics, but did have photos stored. Believing they could be part of the problem, I've trashed them, too, but the type 3 errors are still coming. Very frustrating. I've run Disk Warrior 3.0, rebuilt the desk top and even ran DFA, but with no apparent improvement. If someone can give me some insight, and hopefully a solution to this problem, I will be most grateful. Thanks for any help you can come up with.
