Flyback transformer failure is very common on tray loading iMacs (233 - 333
MHz), but extremely rare on tray loaders like yours. There are lots of other
technical reasons for an iMac shutting down on these. Try swapping the
boards, you've only an hours time to lose in trying if not successful.
