I have a 350 MHz slot load non DV iMac that powers on, but shows no video. It sounds like it goes thru the whole boot process.
I have another slot load iMac, this one is a DV model, that the Flyback transformer on the PAV board has died. Does anyone know, if the 350 MHz one is just the video board, and are the power boards between the two models compatible? What I'm thinking of doing is swapping the power board off the 350 into the DV so I can bring the DV one back to life. Has anyone done this? Is it possible? -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
