Pick up an el cheapo external case USB or Firewire. The USWB 1.0 one are really cheap on flea bay. It will take awhile to transfer the stuff, but it will work. If you want to buy an empty external FW case, you can find them at very good prices at places like the Computer Geeks, Small Dog, OWC etc.
Jack, these cases are for IDE drives, not SCSI. I used to see USB/SCSI adapters but they were very expensive.
