However, I did this, first light cleaning, then medium, then Heavy, as well as all things in maintenance, and still doesnt work. It was not able to reboot the mac after doing this either. I had to once again go to terminal and tell it to restart. However, this time, when rebooting, i decided to boot into single user mode, and discovered the following as it started up.
After getting to the prompt, i pressed control d to continue the startup process (after using fsck) and noticed a TON of error messages that looked kinda like this:
HFS resolvelink: can't find iNode 8183021...
Like i said, i got a lot of these (i think about 50, they scrolled very fast)
What does this mean, and how do i fix it???
