It's really a matter of what CAN'T you put your new Mac Mini in.
I'm still trying to come up with the killer idea... ---If you have a decent touch screen LCD in your car and it just happens to be able to handle 640x480 or higher <snip>
OS X needs 800x600 minimum.
OS X will work with 640x480. For a general purpose computer I'd want 1024x768 but 800x600 will do. 640x480 would really only be practical for kiosk or perhaps an in car computer.
