Do any of the domains you host have their own web templates? If so, they
won't be replaced by the default download.. You will need to copy the
IMail\Web directory to any <domainTopDir\web> as well to be sure you are
using the correct templates

T,
I'm using both IE6, and Firefox 1.0.6
I'll checkout redoing the templates as well as the permissions on the
folders. Thanks
Ernesto

What browser are you using?
I agree....except completely remove anything in the web templates and
replace them. And check the permissions on the web folder to make sure
you
haven't restricted them too much.

I've done that, didn't help.
Thanks for the suggestion anyhow.

You may wish to download the webmail templates from Ipswitch and
overwrite your entire web folder. Just an idea.

Subject: [IMail Forum] A Couple of IMail problems
I'm using Imail 8.20 and for the longest time, since v8.0, I've had a
problem that I haven't really looked into but now I'm feeling that I
should.
Most of my users use the WebMessaging component of Imail.
Imail webmessaging has a few functions that don't work for me.
The Drop Down Pages box does not work; When there is more than 1 page
of
emails, and I choose to drop the box down to view the 2nd page, the next
page that I get taken to is a blank page. The only way I can view the
2nd
page, or 3rd etc, is to click on the Next link under the drop down box.
This error shows up above where the mails should show:
Failed to position file
The other main problem is if I want to move emails to a different
mailbox.
If I select emails to move, I'll check them off, and scroll down to the
"Move To >>" drop down box and choose a different one, the screen
refreshes,
but nothing has changed. The emails are still in their original spot.
The
only way to move an email is to actually open up the email, and then
select
Move To. I need to select several and then move them. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Ernesto
