no, this is new. It bounces up and down but doesn't seem to go below 21%. The only settings we've changed have been those of the dictionary attacks. I haven't seen a checkbox to turn off dictionary attacks? Yes. Nothing that seems out of the ordinary. We're using spamhaus, china and spamcop. Dictionary is set to block for 24 hours. Note that a recycle of the smtp service sets it back to 0% and normal operation.
