I too have had good response from tech. support at Ipswitch. I have
upgraded from 5.0x to 6.0x and had a few problems. My only gripe is that
Ipswitch seems to release products before they are ready to go. My
shortcoming is that I can't stop from jumping into a new version with both
feet instead of waitinig a few months for the problems to get worked out.
The IMAP problem is another annoyance. The IMAP server hasn't worked
correctly in either 5.0x or 6.0x. I have no idea why Ipswitch ignores this
problem! Our solution has been to not offer IMAP. One single IMAP user can
bring your server to a halt, and that's not the way it should be!
For the run of the mill problems Ipswitch has been a great help. I usually
get to talk to a technician within 5 minutes of my call.
