I have had the worst experiences with IpSwitch's Tech support. Of about the 10
times we called for support, not a single time did they give satisfactory help.
Some of the time, the answers were somewhat rude and irritating. At least we
got the 6.x version because of the service agreement. But I know we'll never
buy support time from them again. I do notice a distinct lack of Ipswitch's
ears on listening to our problems. They hear, but then ignore it.
