I think the best way to do that is to rename the registry key for their domain
– that stops anything/everything going to that one domain. Check the archives
– it has been done before some way.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Disabling users

Good afternoon
I'm having an issue with a customer and want to put them on hold.
If I go to User Administration and to the Utilities tab and then to Global User
Changes,
Then check the no box on the Grant Account access, Do I only block them from
logging on?
Or does it do that plus block or bounce incoming messages.
I need to get their attention, without losing messages
Thanks in advance
John
