Hello,
I'm running a older version of IMail, but I think the process is the
same.
If you disable the account through Global User Changes it will
actually disable all accounts on the system. What you want to do is
find their account in the user list and check the box labeled "Account
Access Disabled." This will disable account access while still
accepting mail.
Hope this helps.

I would just change their password so they can’t get in. That is
what I do with non payers… so they can’t get their email yet we are
not losing email for them. I hope that helps.

The best thing to do is talk to your customer instead of turning
them off. Their staff will freak and assuredly move the account.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Disabling users
Good afternoon
I'm having an issue with a customer and want to put them on hold.
If I go to User Administration and to the Utilities tab and then to
Global User Changes,
Then check the no box on the Grant Account access, Do I only block
them from logging on?
Or does it do that plus block or bounce incoming messages.
I need to get their attention, without losing messages
Thanks in advance
John
