The best thing to do is talk to your customer instead of turning them off. Their staff will freak and assuredly move the account. Communication, my friend.

If I go to User Administration and to the Utilities tab and then to Global User Changes, Then check the no box on the Grant Account access, Do I only block them from logging on? Or does it do that plus block or bounce incoming messages. I need to get their attention, without losing messages Thanks in advance John
