I have user who seems to have a very strange problem. She uses the Web
messaging to check her mail. She works at the WHO (World Health Org) in
Denmark. It won't let her log in. There is no restriction from within WHO on
external webaccess as far as there computer person knows. Neither do I. They
have IE version 5.00.2314.1003, I presume it is a Danish version. She can
access her mail from Internet cafes in Denmark.
Anyone seen anything like this before. Any other troubleshooting steps I
can take to figure this out
