Try CHECKING the "Ignore Source Address in Security Check" option in the web
messaging options on the console (see
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19981216-CK02.htm for more details). Also,
if you're running on a non-standard port (like 8383), perhaps her firewall
won't allow access. Can she get to the login page, but just not log in? Make
sure she's NOT checking the cookie option... IE doesn't like that.
Finally, make sure your IMail installation doesn't have the "exclamation
point" bug. See
