what port are you running Web Messaging on. If not on port 80 there are a
number of reasons why she cannot connect. For one IE needs to have the
HTTP:// put into the address field when specifying a non-standard port
(other than 80). If she is behind a proxy it could be stripping the port
off. These are 2 of the big hits.
