I have "Ignore Source Address in Security Check" disabled since I have some
users who have AOL as their ISP. And yes my web messaging URL has the port
8383 but the way she get in is I have customized a page for her
www.mydomain.com/mail which is a form which does a form action to
http://mail.mydomain.com:8383/login.cgi (as per KB
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20000316-DM02.htm) The
www.mydomain.com/mail does not give her the options to check the cookie
option. I will ask her to try go directly to http://mail.mydomain.com:8383
and see if the page pulls up. I guess if she can't get to that page then it
is most likely the firewall at WHO. I looked at the exclamation bug at my
end too. I created a mailbox in her domain and checked. I don't seem to have
the bug.

Try CHECKING the "Ignore Source Address in Security Check" option in the web
messaging options on the console (see
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19981216-CK02.htm for more details). Also,
if you're running on a non-standard port (like 8383), perhaps her firewall
won't allow access. Can she get to the login page, but just not log in? Make
sure she's NOT checking the cookie option... IE doesn't like that.
Finally, make sure your IMail installation doesn't have the "exclamation
point" bug. See
