[IMail Forum] Imail 5.09 Web Time Out Issues...

Hi Everyone,

I recently migrated users from our "old" Imail Server (5.08) over to a "new"
Imail (5.09) Server.

I'm getting complaints of our users getting constantly having to relogin
back into the mail server.

It doesn't seem to be happening with me but I'm not in Imail web interface
all day as I use a POP client.

Looking through the knowledge base they mention a "keep alive" feature in
5.x but I've yet to find it.

Any suggestions?
