Ive been hearing about the same thing happening. It also seems to happen
when attempting to move messages to another folder.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Cannot delete messages from Main mailbox
Recently, I have been having problems with users not being able to delete
messages from the Main mailbox. They will put the check in the box next to
the message they want to delete and then click on the delete button, but
nothing happens. The messages still remain even after clicking on the
delete button.
Does this mean that the mailbox is corrupt? Is the only way to fix this is
to delete and recreate the mailbox?
