Good point Mike.
It was ok to delete the mailbox this time because the user had nothing in
their mailbox they wanted. But next time that might not be the case.
Thanks for the advice of moving the mailbox to another account.
In addition, I should have thought about the lock. I have had to "unlock" a
mailbox in the past.
