It does sound like MTU... the dialup did not seem affected. If
I am right you are using HTTP or FTP for webmail. POP3 just doesn't
seem to be affected. Perhaps it is somewhat protocol specific? In
our programming Delphi TCP/IP here all components have timeout values
properties to set. I am not certain how these determine this, but I
was kinda wondering if POP3 has a longer period than HTTP or FTP?
This is Imail 5.x..
