I have a repeated emails. For example, email A is downloaded more than 10 times.My customer is using Microsoft outlook express. I have written to the technical support for help and done the following actions.
a. remove and reinstall pop.
b. delete main.mbx, main.uid, main.idx and restart smtp.
But the problem still occur. The only solution that I have not done is delete and recreate the account. But I don't want to do that yet.
I don't know whether it is to do with the mail client. Any one faces this problem before, pls help me.
