Adrin.

If you've already done as you stated, then the problem is at your customers
end.
I've experienced this numerous times, especially with Outlook Express. This
is most commonly caused because your customer has set the interval at which
it's supposed to retrieve mail too low/short. Many people let it check every
1 minute. what's the hassle, we're not THAT important ;)

After advising our customers to set the retrieval time to a minimum of 10
minutes, we no longer have these kind of problems. Asa far as I remember,
the only solution in your clients end is to delete the mail account in OE,
delete the mbx (or whatever it's called), check mail without the problem
account, close down OE, then open it again, and then create the account
again -all in your clients end.

I'm not sure this is the best solution, BUT I know it works, did help us a
lot when customers had this kind of problem before changing to a larger
interval. Len Conrad might have a better solution, but this is as best as I
can go.

I have a repeated emails. For example, email A is downloaded more than 10
times. My customer is using Microsoft outlook express. I have written to the
technical support for help and done the following actions.
a. remove and reinstall pop.
b. delete main.mbx, main.uid, main.idx and restart smtp.

But the problem still occur. The only solution that I have not done is
delete and recreate the account. But I don't want to do that yet.

I don't know whether it is to do with the mail client. Any one faces this
problem before, pls help me.
Any help or advice will be very much appreciated.
