Wireless cells using unlicensed frequencies would provide a fat Internet
connection at a cost effective price.  A tunnel would actually allow better
coverage for less cost than an office just because of the design of the
tunnel itself.  If the tunnel is straight the number of units could be
spread out over miles to reduce the cost and still maintain a strong signal
up to 70 MPH (whatever that is in Kilometers per hour).
