FWIW, the service agreement doc I have only has the 781 number. Maybe they
were being generous in the past and changed their minds now that they're
being deluged with calls because of v7?

I'm really getting pissed about all the blatant problems with Version 7 and
now they've switched from toll free tech support to giving out a long
distance number? The operator actually tried to tell me that they 've never
had toll free tech support but I've been dialing the same 800 number for
months. I also just paid for the yearly service renewal.
This is going downhill fast.
