I don't want sysadmin nerds mothering me. Don't treat your clients like children.

I have no idea when somebody is going to send me a self-extracting file. I can't tell 
someone not to when I don't know who they are in advance. Jeez, I have a business to 
run here, and I don't need my host making it any harder. And it was only a year ago 
that a tech support person for a software company sent me a new .dll via email. I 
needed that file.
