I've already submitted this to Ipswitch's tech support, but I'd like to see
if the collective brain power here has a better idea. We have started to
enforce maximum space size on mailboxes. Imagine my surprise when I
discovered that IMail is counting much bigger space usage than Windows
itself reports.

Here is a real-life example: One mailbox had its space limitation set to
8000 KB. A check of Windows Explorer shows that this mailbox uses 7000 KB
(in fact, the whole domain with several mailboxes uses less than 8000 KB).
Then the mailbox started rejecting messages because it's full. I checked in
IMail Admin, and it reports the space usage as 15000 KB. This is over
double the real usage!

Does anybody else set space limits and have they run into this problem?
