Which browser and version is she using? Was she using the same software and computer
to access her e-mail successfully on your
server prior to this? Did she alter the IE security settings?

Subject: [IMail Forum] Outlook Express access error

> Hi,
>
> We have a client that is having trouble accessing their mailbox on our IMail
> server (v.7.04HF2). She gets the following error:
>
> Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on mail.bcwebhost.net.'
> reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Could not fetch new headers in the folder
> (null) for Account mail.bcwebhost.net. Error:Unable to connect to the
> server..'
>
> She claims to be able to telnet to the mail server on ports 25, 110, and
> 143, so those ports aren't being blocked. I can get into her account with a
> local system, so I know her mailbox is fine. Anyone have any ideas?
