Hi, We have a client that is having trouble accessing their mailbox on our IMail server (v.7.04HF2). She gets the following error:
Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on mail.bcwebhost.net.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Could not fetch new headers in the folder (null) for Account mail.bcwebhost.net. Error:Unable to connect to the server..' She claims to be able to telnet to the mail server on ports 25, 110, and 143, so those ports aren't being blocked. I can get into her account with a local system, so I know her mailbox is fine. Anyone have any ideas?
