I'm pretty sure she's using Outlook Epxress 5.x, although I don't know that
it would matter.  Supposedly she has the security settings correct, but I
just asked her to double-check them.  I thought her ISP might be block on
port 25 or so, but if she can telnet through that port, that would seem to
get rid of the "blocking problem."

Is there a log for when people authenticate with IMail?  That is, is there a
log that says: someone tried to log in with this user name and failed or
succeeded?
