Well, you didn't mention the important thing:  How do you know the spam is 
being sent?  Do you see log file entries showing the spam being sent, or 
have you received some of the spam, or did someone complain to you?  You'll 
either need log file entries, or complete headers of an E-mail that was 
sent (or preferably both).

With IMail, it is possible to create a folder just by sending mail to 
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]".  This is considered a feature, as people can set 
up their own folders.  So if you see those folders, and they contain spam, 
you likely do not have someone sending spam through your servers.
