Your ISP is nuts. Change any passwords straight away, in IMail for your
accounts and on that machine.

Make sure IMail is secured properly. On the SMTP Security tab, make sure
you only have No Relay or Relay for addresses turned on. Anything else is
wide open. Also you can try to block his IP in the Control Access
area. And have SMTP Auth turn on (the checkbox should be off)
Also, make sure that machine has the latest security patches and AV
software to scan for any trojans, etc.
