A user is receiving all, or most, messages with an additional copy of the message attached - supposedly this occurs on plain text messages; when received they include a plain text copy of the message as an attachment. I've seen some dialogue here regarding message formats, specifically related to text vs. html versions of messages, but I haven't found anything in the archives that describes this scenario.
Is it possible for Imail to modify the format of the messages that are sent to the client? And only for certain clients/users? Or is there a setting in this users mail client (Outlook) which could cause this behavior? Any help is appreciated!
