I have an interesting question about emails being "switched". I am using
iMAIL 7.0 I host about 20 domains and somewhere around 400 users tops. The
problem is I have a client that sends out mass emails and email body text is
being switched. The header says it is going to [EMAIL PROTECTED] but xyz gets the
message intended for abc. The opposite is also true for abc getting xyz's
email. We look back at her outlook and everything looks right. I have looked
at the spool file and found sm$ files with this emails in it. Anyone have a
clue to why this is happening?? I know about the matching of T-Q to D to
deliver and match up a file to send out...could this be the problem..and
should I clear my spool file out?? any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
