Expanding on Todd's comment: There's no integrated Blackberry/Imail solution at this time (eek, another project!) in the way that the Blackberry server for Exchange syncs up your Inbox and all that cool stuff. I have a RIM 957 (technically not a Blackberry, but the same hardware) and I use my desktop software to do a redirect. This could also be done at the server, but I like to have some easy-to-read (read: not RULs) filtering options.
